Two lines describing 'what's in column A, what row the data starts on' do more good than any prompting trick — the model can't see your screen, so your table's structure is its only eyes. Requiring a mini sample table lets you check the formula against expected output before pasting it in; flagging gotchas in advance saves the most common back-and-forth (blank cells and text-formatted numbers really do break things constantly). You must fill in the version — 365 and 2016 support very different functions.
