1. Copyright ownership

Content on PromptCraft (“the Site”) falls into three categories:

  • Site originals: prompts, tutorials, copy, and design produced by our team. All rights reserved; bulk copying, re-publication, or resale in any form requires prior consent.
  • User submissions: items sent through /submit. Submitters retain authorship and license the Site to publish, edit, reformat, and promote the work; the Site retains editorial review and takedown rights.
  • Public-source curation: a subset of content is compiled from public community posts (X / Threads / Reddit etc.) with source_url and source_author attribution. Original authors who don’t want their work included can request removal via the flow below.

2. License to members

Signed-in members unlock the full prompt body. Permitted uses:

  • Personal creation, study, and research
  • Commercial projects for you or your clients (advertising, product visuals, soundtracks, etc.)

Expressly prohibited:

  • Bulk-download, package, or re-host Site prompts on any other paid or free platform
  • Sell, license, or redistribute Pro-only content to non-subscribers in any form
  • Claim Site content as your own original work, or strip the source_url attribution
  • Large-scale scraping via crawlers, automated scripts, or AI agents

3. Reporting infringement

If you find content on the Site that was included without your consent (e.g. a prompt you posted on X / Threads / IG that you don’t want republished here), email promptcraft@prompt.luvai.net with:

  1. Your name / handle / platform account
  2. The URL on the Site (e.g. https://prompt.luvai.net/prompts/xxx)
  3. The URL and timestamp of your original post (to demonstrate authorship)
  4. What outcome you’d like:
    • (a) immediate takedown
    • (b) keep it, but re-attribute correctly
    • (c) a conversation about licensing
  5. Signature / date (electronic is fine)

Complying notices are acknowledged and acted on within 48 hours. Clear infringements are taken down immediately.

4. Counter-notification

If your content was removed and you believe the takedown was in error (e.g. you are the original author, or you hold a valid licence), email the same address with supporting evidence. We review and decide whether to restore within 5 business days.

5. If our content is copied elsewhere

If another site mass-copies our original prompts, tutorials, or design, send us URLs and screenshots at promptcraft@prompt.luvai.net. We issue formal requests and pursue legal remedies when warranted.

This page sets the Site’s standard copyright-dispute process. If wording diverges from other policies (Terms of Service / Privacy), the policy with the most recent update date takes precedence.
