1. Service description

PromptCraft (“the Site”) provides an AI prompt library, tutorial content, and a paid subscription tier that unlocks full prompt bodies and supplementary materials. All content is either original or used with permission.

2. Account registration

Users must provide a valid email address and set a password to register. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for every action taken under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us immediately.

3. Subscription and fees

The Pro plan is billed monthly. Prices and the scope of each tier are defined on the Pricing page. A subscription takes effect immediately on successful payment and renews automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your member dashboard; access remains until the end of the current period.

4. Content licence

Prompts obtained from the Site may be used for personal and commercial projects. You may NOT:

  • bulk-copy, resell, or re-publish Site prompts on another paid platform;
  • distribute paid-member-only content to non-subscribers by any means;
  • claim Site prompts or tutorials as your own original work.

5. Copyright of AI-generated outputs

Images, video, or text produced by feeding Site prompts into third-party AI services (Midjourney, Sora, ChatGPT, etc.) are governed by those services’ own terms. The Site assumes no copyright responsibility for third-party outputs.

6. Disclaimer

The prompts, tutorials, and tool recommendations on the Site are references. Actual results may vary as AI services update and across different use cases. The Site makes no guarantee of specific outcomes and is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from your use of its content.

7. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page or emailed to registered members. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
