Refund Policy

1. Nature of digital content
The Pro subscription is an online digital service. Once activated it immediately unlocks downloadable / copyable resources (full prompt bodies, tutorials, variable guides). Under Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Act §19 proviso and related rulings, digital content delivered online and consumable on delivery is not subject to the 7-day return period. Review the Pricing page or try a free account before subscribing.
2. Refundable cases
Even though digital content is not generally refundable, we will issue a full refund in these cases:
- Duplicate charges (billed twice or more in the same cycle)
- Payment succeeded but Pro content is not accessible within 24 hours due to a Site error that support cannot resolve
- A discrepancy between the posted price (on the pricing page) and the amount actually charged
3. Cancelling auto-renewal
Pro subscriptions auto-renew. You can cancel at any time from your member dashboard. After cancellation:
- The current subscription remains active until the end of the period
- No charge is made for the following period
- After expiration the account reverts to the free plan; all account data is preserved
Cancelling is not the same as a refund. Fees already billed for the current period are not refunded.
4. Refund request flow
If you qualify under §2, within 14 days of the charge:
- Email promptcraft@prompt.luvai.net
- Subject: “Refund request — your registered email”
- Body: charge date, amount, payment method, reason for refund, order ID (if any)
We confirm receipt within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued within 7 business days via the original payment channel. Actual settlement depends on your bank / payment processor — typically 3 to 10 business days.
5. Not eligible for refund
- Prompts already used, copied, or downloaded before the refund request
- Requests submitted more than 14 days after the charge
- Next-period charges caused by forgetting to cancel (but you can cancel the next renewal immediately)
- Dissatisfaction due to unfamiliarity with the underlying AI services (Midjourney, Sora, ChatGPT, etc.)
- Account suspension for violating the Terms of Service
6. Disputes
If you disagree with the refund decision, reply to the same email thread. If the dispute cannot be resolved, we follow applicable consumer protection law.
