This is one of the rare prompts that deliberately lets the AI render its own Chinese text, because GPT Image 2's text rendering is strong enough to get a short Traditional Chinese line correct — which is exactly the point of a meme, and it skips adding text in post. But to be honest: shorter Chinese text is more reliable — keep the punchline under 10–14 characters, avoid rare characters and complex punctuation, and longer text will still occasionally break; always double-check the generated text for misspellings or missing strokes, and if it's wrong, regenerate or shorten the line. Writing 'spelling must be completely correct, text large and bold for readability' into the prompt improves the success rate. The exaggerated-expression field is what makes it funny — the more specific (mouth wide open, eyes bulging, whole body leaning back), the better it lands. Speed lines or radiating lines are a cheap way to add extra meme flavor. As with other prompts, add 'original character, not resembling any existing meme character' to avoid likeness and copyright risk.
