This is the best Meeting Notes -> Action List prompt I have used

so i made this prompt that takes my rambling meeting notes and spits out a clean list of action items, including who owns it and a deadline. no more 'wait, i thought you were doing that?' basically.

this works surprisingly well across GPT and Claude Opus. Gemini can be a bit hit or miss on the table formatting though. I've been taking the help of this [tool](https://www.promptoptimizr.com/) I built to refile it for each of the models. Also be brutal with the 'Constraints' section. If you leave out 'Focus ONLY on concrete tasks', you'll get summaries of the whole meeting.

anyone else have a good system for wrangling meeting notes into actual productivity?
