◆ Can I try the free plan first?
Yes — encouraged. The free plan gets the full prompt library, all 7 generators, tutorials, and clipboard copy. PRO walls only at 3 spots: saving your own presets, using AI Enhance to auto-optimise a prompt, and viewing PRO-only advanced prompts.
◆ Is there a grace period after cancellation?
Yes. Cancel monthly and you keep PRO until the period ends. Cancel annual and the rest of the year is yours. We don't claw back already-paid periods.
◆ Who benefits most from PRO?
Two profiles: creators generating images, video, or music more than 5×/week — AI Enhance and preset storage cut huge amounts of repeat trial-and-error; and readers who want zero ads. Light users (1–2×/week) are usually fine on free.
◆ Refund policy?
We process refunds for verified billing issues such as duplicate charges, system errors that prevent access, or pricing discrepancies. Email promptcraft@prompt.luvai.net within 14 days of the charge with your order ID.
